I’ve been working out and dieting for years and to find a place like Swolehouse was a huge win! Not only is their food delicious but it’s also reasonable price! The owner, Joe, is also beyond helpful. He helped my create a custom meal plan. Which includes an amazing variety of meals totally different then their normal menu! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking live a healthier lifestyle or just looking for some delicious, affordable, and totally convenient meals!
Discovered Swolehouse about two weeks ago and I love the meals. I am by no means a bodybuilder or fitness junkie but this place is great for all of the above and people like me just trying to eat a bit healthier. I'm blanking on the name of the owner but when I went in with my fiance just to browse, we ended up speaking to the owner for about an hour and a half discussing nutrition, diet plans, meal prep and ect. They are very accommodating and willing to work with you if you have a specific diet or need to avoid certain ingredients. The meals are great to buy in bulk (which they have discounts for) and easy to just pop in the microwave. All in all, saving on the cooking, meal prep, and dishes is totally worth the cost of a few meals to eat through the week. This is probably the longest review I've ever given but these guys are great and totally worth the long review
Best meal prep service by far! The owner Joe couldn’t be nicer and is beyond accommodating to your needs and goals. We’ve been using them weekly for the past 2 and a half years consistently and not a single complaint! Highly recommend if you’re looking to make your meal prep life easier and tastier! Found out about this place simply by seeing it on the map . I go to the gym often so this place intrigued me & I was not disappointed. Soo much to choose from at a decent price & tastes great. Perfect to meal prep for after my workouts . They have protein shakes I see as well. I will be trying those next . & lastly the service is great . I’ve dealt with the same gentleman each time I think he’s the owner. Very friendly & polite . This place deserves the business & I plan on being a regular . Hidden gem for sure . Try it out

At first I was skeptical because of all the different places in the area but I took a gamble and I couldn’t be happier walking in I was greeted by the owner Joe who was friendly and had open arms to all my questions. He explained to me their meal prep plans and even gave me a meal to try for free. I order a salad which I pictured below and it was more than fabulous the presentation and the color of the salad where nothing short of amazing. Since that first visit it’s been a weekly stop for me to get my salad after work and to pickup my meals on sundays. The meals are awesome and they have so many damn options. Granted there are a few I don’t care for but that’s because I’m picky and like what I like. It’s the customer service and consistency that makes me come back every week. I highly recommend you check them out either their store front,their website or even their Amazon store. So happy I found this place 💪🏻
Was looking for a salad spot and came across this place. I got spinach as my base with quinoa, croutons, carrots, and tomatoes as a topping and steak as my meat. I didn’t get any cheese. They have a Buffalo ranch sauce that is SO good I only ate it with my steak though. They also give discounts for first responders. Definitely will be coming back & telling my co workers.
Today I picked up a whole bunch of food from Swolehouse Meals . They are a partner of ours so with the discount it was a great price (Join Long Island foodies on FB). Hell even without the discount it was awesome. As you see I live a very active life between work and soccer we are constantly running. I want to start eating healthier where we can and not going out to dinner as much. They have such a variety of foods plus they offer completely custom meals depending on your dietary needs. I will be posting here and there what I'm eating for lunches or breakfast. Place is neat and clean and the owners were awesome I got to meet both of them today. Such an awesome time and Joe is such a knowledgeable man. They have breakfast lunch and dinner and even desserts available in there grab and go refrigerators. You can even place your order for pickup or delivery. Get your orders in by Thursday and they're ready Sunday
The man who served me was very polite with a good heart. He made my day better. Food is fairly priced. I got the Hollywood wrap and added tomatoes. The shredded chicken was a bit dry so I wish there was more mayo. Other than that, I enjoyed.
